Rhino Lock Warranty Policy

All Rhino Lock products purchased directly through our website include a 12-month manufacturer repair or replacement warranty, contingent upon the item being mechanically defective and having been used in accordance with the provided instructions.

For products purchased via third-party platforms (including, but not limited to, Amazon, eBay, B&Q, etc.), customers may register for the same 12-month warranty by submitting proof of purchase to support@rhinolock.co.uk within 28 days of the purchase date. This registration process is necessary for verification of the purchase.

Warranty Claims Procedure:

1. Direct Purchases: For warranty claims on products purchased directly from our website, customers should contact our support team at support@rhinolock.co.uk

2. Third-Party Purchases: For items purchased through third-party platforms, the original retailer should be contacted in the first instance, as they may manage warranty claims directly with us. Should the retailer be unable to resolve the issue, customers are advised to contact our support team for further assistance.

This warranty does not affect or limit your statutory rights under applicable consumer protection laws.
